Spring Valley is a community designed for those 55 and over; people who want a single-family home, but not the burden of mowing the lawn or snow removal. There will be 84 single-family homes in Spring Valley. Each purchaser will own their home and lot, as well as an interest in the common areas. Spring Valley does not have a community center or other big ticket amenities like a pool, or tennis court to maintain. These costs are normally passed onto the individual homeowners through the monthly association fee.
