MPH Custom Homes was established in 2005, although a relatively new company we have over 60 years combined experience in all areas of construction; from large subdivisions, affordable housing projects, residential homes, executive homes price over one million dollars, and commercial projects.

Our goal is to provide the best value at fair price, which is why so many considered upgraded features are standard in our homes. The build period for our residential homes, from permit to completion, historically has been 6 months.

For the investor and vacation home clients we offer property management and a furnishing service. From furniture to linens we are your 'one stop shop' for your investment property. Homes delivered timely, turn key and ready for occupancy.
