Holiday Builders was founded in 1983, a time when affordable, quality homes were almost out of reach for the average American. Our first year we hoped to sell 12 homes, instead we sold 76. Today, Holiday Builders has built over 30,000 single-family homes throughout Florida and our continued strategy is to provide a quality-built home of lasting value for the best possible price. Starting with one model home in Palm Bay, Florida, the company now has approximately 30 locations throughout Florida. During 2004, Holiday Builders expanded to include locations in Texas. Over the years Holiday Builders has won many national awards , along with recognition from the homebuilding industry. On July 1, 1999, Holiday Builders became 100% employee-owned.
