Gardner Homes, a leading international custom home builder, has expanded its service area by opening a New Home Design Center in Falcon, Colorado through a franchise agreement with local builder DME Homes. Unique to the building industry, the award-winning, Australian-based company has expanded internationally through franchising, with each office owned and operated by experienced, registered local builders.     G.J. Gardner Homes allow homebuyers to customize their home's options and amenities. Home plans available in El Paso County will begin at 1,200 square feet; have a construction time frame of three to five months, and home prices starting around $150,000.
