We have carried that same philosophy into our new division "Upland Homes" which was created to serve those who wish to build a home in the low $100's to $200,000 range. Instead of starting from scratch, to create your home, Upland Homes has established many different floor plans and elevations to choose from, that you can modify slightly if needed. Our flexibility in helping you create the perfect home also carries over into Upland Homes. This idea has catapulted our company to the top of the home building industry. By keeping the majority of the same sub-contractor's as at M.E. Gose, we are able to control and maintain the quality workmanship which we demand. Upland Homes has its own in house draftsman which saves our customers on drawing and engineering fees. In the Highlands County Builders Association, 2004 Parade of Homes our "Amethyst" model captured top honors in our division, Best Exterior, Best Interior, Best Overall, and the Blue Ribbon "Feature Award", and there's a reason.
