Charlotte, North Carolina: In 2003 Regent Homes' owners, who had learned the home building industry inside and out while working for other larger, nationally known homebuilders decided they could build homes just as good, if not better. This is true for a few reasons, not the least of which is the fact that unlike most other homebuilders, Regent Homes doesn't have loads and loads of wasteful, non-contributing overhead expenses.
