Brayson Homes: Our Family Tree If walls could talk, what a story they could tell. The walls of Brayson Homes have been telling amazing stories for more than three decades. They are stories about families; yours and ours and how they have become one in the same. Back in 1977, you probably wouldn?t have guessed that Brayson Homes would become one of the most successful home builders in Atlanta. That is, unless you knew the founder. Brayson Homes started with it?s lone asset of a company car. This all-purpose Chevy Impala was the company office, a place for samples and the tools were in the trunk. It made for an efficient, if not cramped, working environment. The company?s first telephone was outside?nailed to a tree. That first year, Brayson Homes built 6 homes and never looked back. 2008 marks the year when Brayson Homes reached a milestone and built it's 10,000 home. This legacy is our foundation at Brayson Homes today. Since that first day, we still love coming to work every day. Why? Because we get to see the smiles on our customers? faces when they put in the key and open the front door of their brand new home. Over the years, our family has been extended each time another person chooses a Brayson Home. We?re a private, family-owned company and we are proud to have given a start to many other successful homebuilders all around Atlanta. We?ve won many awards for our homes and take pride in how we build each and every one. We are also proud of our philanthropic partnership with groups such as the Georgia Transplant Foundation and many others. Over the years we have donated the proceeds from our ?Transplant Homes? each year to support the life saving efforts of the GTF. Recently, we have expanded our company to include communities in Augusta, Georgia and Greenville, South Carolina. Both are beautiful cities and the perfect environment for our classically designed homes.
