Fox Hollow is a 52 home community in the heart of Mickleton. The community rests on 66+/- acres of land that includes one open space lot of 22+/- acres. The open space parcel contains wetlands and wetland buffers to be preserved and an open 7+/- acre parcel of upland. The open space will be conveyed to East Greenwich Township www.eastgreenwichnj.com who will ultimately decide how the area will be utilized. The Township will determine how much care will be provided to this area. There is no homeowner association for Fox Hollow.
