Bimini Bay is a coastal community located on the eastern shore of Tampa Bay in Apollo Beach. The luxurious homes in this gated waterfront community have been created with the taste of Old Florida in mind. Approximately half of the 157 homesites are located directly on saltwater canals, offering secluded waterfront views. Bimini Bay recreates the "island lifestyle" with Key West style metal roofs, spacious porches, vibrant interior and exterior color schemes, brick paver driveways and tropical foliage. While curb appeal is important to any new homebuyer, many steps have been taken to assure a structurally sound home exceeding standard building codes. All two-story homes are built with concrete block on both floors for added strength. Foam is injected into the walls for increased insulation. Stucco lap siding, in place of more commonly used forms of siding, increases water and wind resistance and lowers homeowner maintenance. The 1-1/4" granite countertops, 42" wood cabinets, and crown moulding are some of the exceptional interior features of each home in Bimini Bay. Phase I features 35 saltwater canal lots.
