MATERIALS REQUIRED TO BEGIN DESIGN AND PRODUCTION
OF CLIENT WEB SITES

BROCHURES
Brochures for each one of the communities are needed in order to study style and design of previous work. Included in the brochures should be price listings and floor plans, plus elevations for each one of the models to appear on the web site.

TEXT
Client should send the text required for each one of the sections of his/her website. Text should be sent to us in digital form, otherwise a typesetting charge per hour will be added to the invoice ($50/hour). Format: MS Word, Quark X Press, Adobe PageMaker. As a last resort text could be sent to us via e-mail.

LOGOS
Color logos for the homebuilder and each one of the communities are required. Format: Adobe Illustrator EPS, Adobe Photoshop file in layers.

FLOOR PLANS/ELEVATIONS
All floor plans and elevations that are to be shown in the web site are needed, including number of bedrooms and bathrooms, square footage, garage size, features, number of stories and phone number to sales center. Format: Floor plans - Adobe Illustrator EPS, Adobe Photoshop lineart file, or any other graphics file (as long as the information is readable). Elevations - Any Adobe Photoshop file. Must be high quality graphics.

LIFESTYLE IMAGES
Client needs to supply lifestyle images for the web site, preferably the ones used on their brochures. If needed, American Home Guides will purchase stock images from Photodisc for $100/image. We also suggest the use of any photographs of the exterior/interior of models, area amenities, entranceways, etc. Format: Any high quality Adobe Photoshop file.

AMERICAN HOME GUIDES WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE ALL ITEMS IN DIGITAL FORMAT, IF DIGITAL FILES ARE NOT AVAILABLE SCANS ARE AVAILABLE AT A CHARGE OF $50/IMAGE. WE CAN ONLY SCAN IMAGES UP TO ARE 8.5"x11" (NO SLIDES OR TRANSPARENCIES PLEASE). THE APPROXIMATE COMPLETION TIME FOR THE WEB SITE IS OF 4 WEEKS UPON INFORMATION RECEIVED.
