There will be 84 single-family homes in Spring Valley. Each purchaser will own their home and lot, as well as an interest in the common areas. The common area, consisting of 9.4+/- acres, contains an accessory parking lot, drainage basin and a small stream with some woods and wetlands. The accessory parking lot is for anyone within Spring Valley who has a recreational vehicle or boat, as these types of vehicles are not permitted to be permanently parked on anyone's individual lot.
