Roths Farm Village is a development consisting of 224 Condominium Units. Roths Farm Village is located in South Central Pennsylvania, halfway between York and Hanover PA. It is also located within 35 miles of both Historic Gettysburg and Lancaster County. There is a Kennies Market grocery store, Glatfelter Memorial Library, Rutters Farm Store and other stores and shops within walking distance. The site has a total land area of approximately 60 acres. The site is located along Roth's Church Rd. in Jackson Township, York County. The community is served by the York Water Co. and also has public sewer. Initially there will be constructed fifty-four (54) duplexes (2 Large Units) and twenty-nine (29) four plexes ( 2 Large Units and 2 Small Units). In no event, however, will the Condominium contain more than a total of 224 Units. All Units will have ground floor outdoor patios. There will be at least 48 overflow parking spaces in the Condominium of which 2 are handicapped parking spaces. As presently designed, the Buildings are all wood frame construction.
